Get to know us...

My name is Holly and I created The Green Willow Gift Co on a whim, off the back of running my own brick and mortar shop alongside my Mum.

We ran a small and quirky gift shop in a town on the edge of the fabulous Dartmoor and we took it on with ALOT of ambition and drive to make it work. We are a family of creatives and incorporated this with products that complimented ours from other UK based small businesses. We were excited to create jobs for ourselves, to build a community and enjoy the perks of being self employed. We knew it was a risk given the curent climate but we were passionate and convinced our plan would work.

To cut a long story short, the risk did not pay off. We were left feeling deflated and frustrated and knew we had to really mix things up or just completely cut our losses. And that's where my gifting idea came in!

Whilst working in the shop I really enjoyed finding products and curating gift packages made up of the different items in my store. I always found online shopping overwhelming as there is SO much online, but not everything I was looking for in the same place.

Our aim is simply to take the stress out of shopping and make gifting enjoyable. We want to take the pressure off of 'one upping' last years gift and take away the struggle to find something for someone who 'has everything'. We believe we have something for everyone, and something to suit everyone's budget - whether it be a workplace Secret Santa or a heartfelt gift - we got you!
